NOTICE: UPS & Fedex have suspended service guarantees on all shipments including Ground, 3-day, 2-day and Next Day Air. Because of this, we cannot guarantee a specific date for any deliveries.

Although our web store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our office and warehouse are only open Monday – Friday from

Free Shipping

Free ground shipping within the continental United States only - not valid for Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories. Subtotal of order must be over $79 for free shipping offer to apply. Orders with expedited shipping will be charged using normal express shipping fees.

On-time Postcard Shipment Details

Outreach makes every effort for mailings to arrive in homes at the requested times. However, once a shipment leaves our facility, we are unable to control the UPS/Fedex shipping or USPS delivery times. Estimated in-home date ranges for Ship to Post Office deliveries are calculated to include a 1-2 day processing at the local PO level. The Post Office may choose to deliver postcards before the earliest in-home date and we are unable to guarantee a later date.

Outreach offers fast order processing and shipping times - please use the Estimated Shipping Times and Delivery Cost box on the product detail pages to see specific delivery information for your zip code and chosen product.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we provide a tracking number via email. Simply use this tracking number to stay updated on your shipment's journey. Should you face any issues with tracking your order, or if the tracking number isn't active within 24 hours of shipping, our dedicated customer service team is here to assist you.

Shipping & Handling Charges

At Outreach.com shipping and handling charges for U.S. addresses are based on the following:

  • The delivery option you choose
  • The weight, size and dimensions of your items
  • Where your package is being delivered: Residential or Commercial

You'll see an estimate of your charge on the "Order Details" page and then the final shipping cost will be shown on the "Purchase" page in Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.

Easy Bulletin Subscription Customers within the continental United States receive FREE Shipping! (There is a $15.99 shipping fee for Alaska and Hawaii Subscription shipments). This option is not available for our Canadian Customers at this time.

Oversized Product Fee

All oversized items will incur an additional $8.50 fee. An oversized product is any product that is longer than 48 inches or the second side is longer than 30 inches and includes, but is not limited to, the following products:

Available products are expected (or estimated) to arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment from Outreach.

Three Business Day:

Available products are expected (or estimated) to arrive within 3 business days after shipment from Outreach.

Second Business Day:

Available products are expected (or estimated) to arrive within 2 business days after shipment from Outreach.

Next Day Service:

Available products are expected (or estimated) to arrive within 1 business day after shipment from Outreach.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays (includes no ground deliveries Friday after Thanksgiving). Delivery times are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL & CANADIAN ORDERS

Outreach has recently begun to accept and ship international orders. However, we do not have an automated online ordering system in place yet. To place your order, please call or email our Customer Service Department: 719-955-9600 or customerservice@outreach.com.

Outreach ships Canadian orders at our discretion via UPS or USPS. Expected time frame for delivery is anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on carrier provider and shipping method. Please note additional broker fees or custom charges may apply and will be assessed and charged at the border. Outreach has no control of these fees.

EMAIL REQUESTS:
If you email your request to customer service, please include the list of products you are interested in purchasing and be sure to include your church or ministry name, shipping address and your credit card billing address. Our customer service representatives will calculate the shipping costs and email you the total cost of the order for your approval. Costs to other countries will be calculated at the time of the order).

If you approve the purchase, payment will need to be made by calling our 800 number with your credit card information. Your order will be shipped after payment has been received. Most items are ready to ship within one business day of receipt of payment. Your entire order will ship when all items are available.

Please note at this time, we are unable to ship free samples or create On Target reports for areas outside of the United States. As a suggestion, some of our International customers have products shipped to someone they know in the United States who travels to their country, or who is willing to forward items to them.
