Clayton King grew up in the country and learned the value of honesty, hard work, and keeping your word. God saved him when he was 14 years old, and that same night he felt God call him into the ministry. He surrendered to that call, and since then he has preached to almost two million people in 25 countries and 45 states.

He began ministering with a team at several local prisons and correctional facilities where he learned much about ministry, discernment, and being authentic. His experiences in prison ministry helped him develop a love for those that society forgets about, as well as wisdom when dealing with people from different circumstances. He also began a ministry at Hillcrest High School in Simpsonville, SC called The Solid Rock Club, which still exists today on that campus.

Audiences of all ages respond to his honest and clear style of sharing the Gospel as well as his warm personality and quick sense of humor. He speaks on various topics depending on his audience, including marriage, missions, music, dating, motivational talks for non-religious events, and discipleship. But above all, he is called to preach the gospel and call people to salvation in Christ. Clayton speaks to over 200,000 people annually on college campuses for FCA, InterVarsity, BSU, and Campus Crusade for Christ. He also participates in numerous national youth conferences, camps, and retreats, as well as dozens of youth rallies and churches of different denominations. Clayton also speaks in public schools on non-religious topics like self-esteem, peer-pressure, abstinence, making wise decisions, and morality in an immoral world; tens of thousands of students enjoy him every year at National Honor Society, Beta Club, Kiwanis, 4-H, and Key Club events.

Clayton is the founder and president of Crossroads Worldwide, a non-profit, interdenominational ministry that includes Crossroads Summer Camps, winter conferences, ministry summits and forums, and mission trips. In all, Clayton is so thankful for God’s faithfulness and cannot wait to see what God will do in days to come.
