Can Outreach print postcards for Every Door Direct (EDDM) from the Post Office?
Outreach offers EDDM service for the 11" x 5.5" XLarge size postcards only. Click here to see the design selection, then select EDDM in the Addressing Choices on the detail page.

What type of paper are the postcards printed on?
When you choose the "Customize Online" or "Customize for Me" options with mailing services your postcards are printed on 9 PT Silk Cover that is coated on both sides. If you are printing postcards with printing only on one side, your postcards will be printed on 10pt C1S paper that is only coated on one side. This allows you to print on the blank side using a laser printer or copier and the ink will not smear.

Yes, you can. You can also choose to have your mailing list paired with another list provided by Outreach - choose "Customer + merge" from the Addressing Choice dropdown

What is the turn-around time for Postcard Invitations?
“As Seen” stock postcards are sold in packs of 250 with blank reverse sides and are available to ship to you in 1 business day when you place your order by 11:59 pm. To have your postcards customized, please choose the "Customize Online" or "Customize for Me" option and then select your quantity and if you want mailing options or not.
Postcards that are customized online as hand outs are available to ship to you in 4 business days. If you add mailing services, your postcards will be ready to ship to you or the post office in 9 business days.
If you choose the “Customize for Me” option for your postcards, your postcard hand outs will be ready to ship in 7 business days. "Customize for Me" postcards with mailing services are ready to ship to you or the post office in 12 business days.
